Process: Please fill in the form below and we will reply as soon as possible within business hours to advise a delivery timeframe and send you though an invoice with bank details for direct credit payment (for overseas orders other payment options can be arranged). Your order is not confirmed until payment is received. Orders are usually shipped within a day or two of payment being received, sometimes we need a little longer to make up more stock (delivery timeframe will be provided). Rest assured that if you order pocketfolds and mailing envelopes we will double check to ensure the sizes suit. Freight: We use Courier Post to deliver orders, and we try to keep delivery charges as low as possible. Freight costs are usually $3.50 - $4 for charms, and between $6.50 - 8.50 for most pocketfold/sleeve/envelope orders using overnight track packs. Larger orders can require a parcel label which can be up to $12.50 (NI) or $14.50 (SI). Packs of A4 paper are $6.50 - $7.50 depending on quantity. Please advise rural delivery addresses ($3.75 extra). No problem to deliver to PO Boxes.
